Tool Balancers support heavy tool loads with cable tension equal to the weight of the suspended tools, making them seem virtually weightless.  Spring Balancers provide constant tension on the cable, accomplished with a spring motor and a tapered drum.  The balancer extends or retracts the support cable to follow the tool’s movements. The assembler can reposition the tool, while experiencing comfortable operation and less fatigue.

Endo Spring Balancer 30-40kg ELF-40 is used for suspension of electric tools, jigs, and work materials. Suspension of operational robot cables and hoses. It does not require electric or air power and it is safe to work with. Long stroke type.
